2. Subscription Services

Projex offers four modules: Designs, Costingz, Buildz, and Accountz. Users can subscribe to any module or a combination of modules on a monthly basis. Subscription details are as follows:

Subscription Fees: Monthly fees will be clearly stated on the Projex website at the time of subscription.

Payment: All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Projex for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms provided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the "Manage Subscriptions" option in the account settings. Refunds: Projex does not offer refunds for partial months of service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Projex, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Projex and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
